Fairy Godmother Face Painting

For every event there will be a down payment plus   (if applicable) travel fees requirement to reserve time and entertainers.

 

For Parties involving DJ services they must be booked minimum 3 weeks in advance, no exceptions.

Our company is fairy progressive, you may have a performer who is non-gender conforming, transgender, plus size, a person of color,  and/or  LGBTQ+ playing characters that are traditionally for a person of a certain specificity. all performers are ensured to give a magical performance based off their talent, not waistline, or any other superficial criteria and will give a 5 star performance almost every single time.

in order to secure your date and time you must pay the down payment. we cannot guarantee any time or days availability unless  your deposit is made.

 

 your balance will be due  roughly 15 minutes before the start of the event. Performers will not start until payment is secured.  if the balance is not collected within 20 minutes of the start of the event the performer has the right to leave with giving notice to the host and the company of their departure. if you are late with your payment to the performer ( meaning with in the 20 minute time frame) your  performer will still leave on time as discussed prior to booking as the performer may have other parties or events to attend.   You may ask the performer, if you were late with the payment if they are able to make up the time, they may decline, but they may make up the time lost. Your deposit will not be refunded and you will have to pay the full balance if you are late with the payment and the performer chooses to leave. No service shall be preformed with out the proper payment first.  (tips are always appreciated too!)

Your deposit is a non refundable down payment. You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance however there will be an additional cancellation fee of $25 dollars after the 48 hour period. if the event is an out doors event you may be asked to pay an extra deposit separate from price quoted to secure a rain date( alternate day in case the event is  rained out). If the rain date does not get used that  Rain date deposit will be refunded to you.

in the event of a performer no show, sick with no replacement, or is over 15 minutes late without notice to you. You maybe entitled up to a full refund on your party or  a discount on your next one.

If your guests are extremely unruly(i.e kids are hitting performers and do not stop), extremely rude(i.e racist,sexist or phobic remarks),or make performers feel unsafe(i.e overly intoxicated adults dropping glass) , the performers are allowed to leave with notice to me and the host. If this occurs your are not entitled to a refund and must pay the balance.

If they are late and they have another event to attend they still will leave on time , if it is possible , they are  to make up the percentage of time missed or you will obtain a refund which is the equivalent  to time lost.  However the party host and/ or performer must contact our company with in the time frame of their party if any such lateness occurs.

If they are late due to inaccurate information provided by the party host, address, time or other wise. You are not entitled to a refund ,time made up, or a discount.

 

The host must provide a table and two chairs minimum for face painting parties set up before hand. 

​

We are not liable for mistakes made by the host.

​

If an adult guest( over age 18) sexually harasses  a performer (i.e a adult asking why don't you turn this frog into a prince) or  the performer feel uncomfortable due to their actions (i.e placing their hands uncomfortably close to private areas during photos) the performer has the right to leave with warning to my self first then hosts. You maybe asked  to if this happens Pay EXTRA on top of the balance. YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUNDED IF THIS HAPPENS.
